Project Manager 0-3 years experience.
3 years of Project Management experience with strong understanding of software development and delivery methodologies (agile, scrum and waterfall)
Managing the entire product line life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A and maintenance.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
Candidate should possess a strong project management background, should have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies
Experience in managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels
Shall strictly adhere to project timelines and keep the Management and Client informed of any changes in a systematic manner
Able to establish, explain, drive, and update on project cadences and status to relevant stakeholders
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Qualifications And Key Skills
Bachelors degree, MBA/MS degree is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to make important decisions under pressure
Team player and time management
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Problem solving skills
Detail oriented
