Partner with the best

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will work with technical scrum teams. You will be responsible for incubating and accelerating new technology. You will be coaching and mentoring them through a framework to accelerate digital product development.

As a Sr. Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize their product portfolio.

• Accelerating digital adoption for Scrum Framework by providing training, coaching, feedback.

• Co-locating with the teams for coaching in migrating from project based initiatives to digital product development.

• Participating in creating and/or improving the agenda, content, and delivery of portfolio and digital incubation workshops.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a graduate in Computer Science or STEM Majors with 8-12 yrs of professional experience

• Have good experience in working in agile environment

• Have an experience developing web applications/micro services using Spring Boot, RESTful, and Web Services

• Have experience in one or multiple Database like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, NoSQL

• Have good interpersonal and conflict resolution skill, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have an experience in Java/J2EE with understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
