Integrated Logistics Operations Manager - #968355

You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to manage the operations of Logistics Control Center (LCC), ensuring we meet customers’ key performance indicators (KPI) + strive for productivity improvements.

Your Responsibilities

You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• To ensure the smooth implementation of new business + satisfactory KPI for respective projects.
• To manage the existing business in a controlled commercial + operational environment.
• To continuously improve operational performance in order to maximize our gain + achieve customer excellence.
• To work with other teams to ensure a structured plan for the introduction of new business.
• To work with the business manager + new customers to ensure that every stakeholder is aware of their responsibilities.
• To present the capabilities of the LCC to both internal + external visitors.
• To uphold the standard of the LCC as a showcase for what we can deliver to our customers
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Post graduate from a recognized university in Supply Chain.
• Approx. 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset– sense of urgency and proactive communication.
