ABOUT THIS TEAM

Infrastructure team provides various services including automation, observability, cloud/server/network architectures, CICD, infrastructure as code, database administration, incident management, vendor management, security and compliance, and acquiring new skills. These services help to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure fast and reliable application releases while maintaining security and compliance. Techops help teams monitor applications and infrastructure, create resilient infrastructure, identify and resolve IT service issues, manage vendors, and ensure cloud security and compliance. The team also focuses on continuous learning and implementing new technologies to provide better value to the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing Network switches and Routers, Wireless controller
• Managing VLAN, network cable management
• Working on VPN, file server, print server, ticket tool etc.
• Installation configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops, windows 7,8,10, Antivirus
  related issues.
• Monitoring, diagnosis and resolution of Servers, network, security operations & software related
  issue.
• Available and flexible to cover NOC days and on call basis.
• Outlook configuration and mail related troubleshooting
• Asset Inventory Management, systems audit for validation of number of systems and compliance
• Installation & Configuration of DNS & DHCP
• Vendor co-ordination for system's hardware and software related issue

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience on Routers, switches, Wireless Controller and access points, VPN, Polycom VC,File Server , Print server etc.
• Exposure in VLAN, Trunking , NS Lookup, trace route & Inter VLAN , Cable managemenin server room, Ticketing tool handling,
• Capable to identify, troubleshoot or escalate a wide range of OS problems, Laptop/Desktop Hardware problem, He should be good in resolving day to day user's reported issue
• Familiar with Apple IOS as well as Windows OS
• Experience in documenting processes, escalation management, trouble ticket initiation and tracking and excellent problem data gathering skills. IT Asset management, Inventory Management, System audit

WHAT'S GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory/Domain controller, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V
• Familiarity with Internet/web based applications
