Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Product Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product analytics, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. Experience in an Indian startup or tech company is highly desirable.

- Create deep funnels across customer journeys.
- Analyze data and develop insights to shape the product roadmap.
- Provides recommendations on product launch strategies including rollout and measurement framework e. g. AB testing.
- Create dashboards, reports, and alerts for product usage/performance.
- Analyses market data, trends, and behaviors.
- Analyze user data, product metrics, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and user engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user experience.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and growth based on data analysis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and data science.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in an Indian startup/tech company.
- 3+ years of Product Analytics experience.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python( Must have).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
