Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for multiple components of critical business systems. - Identify and solve issues related to application packaging. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide excellent customer service. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Cloud Support. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field. - This position is based at our Indore office.
