Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operation Manager at Workassist. The Branch Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the branch in Indore. This includes managing the branch team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining customer relationships, handling escalations, and achieving branch targets.

• Review & monitor AOF rejection cases, account closures, overdue FD & FD maturity data and renewals thereof.
• Scrutinize and verify customer requests, AOFs as per prescribed checklist before dispatching for processing.
• Informing customers in case of rejections, if any.
• Driving key Metrics by daily checking of common pending folder of the branch and individual employees to ensure that no customer request is pending with the staff along with random drawer audits.
• Maintaining lowest levels of wait-time through.
• Load balancing among desks.
• Regular monitoring of pending tokens through Admin login.
• Analysis to understand employee level productivity & Daily roistering.
• Leave planning & Training calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
