Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our Production department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment to ensure the smooth running of our production processes. You will play a crucial role in meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment, following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to machinery settings as necessary to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products throughout the production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any quality issues.
• Assist in training new operators and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operator in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
