As a HubSpot Expert, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising the HubSpot
platform across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. Your expertise will ensure that our clients fully leverage
the capabilities of HubSpot to achieve their business goals. You will also play a critical role in training clients,
helping them maximise the adoption and effectiveness of the HubSpot platform.

- Implement and configure HubSpot for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing
- Optimise HubSpot usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub to drive client success.
- Develop and execute strategies for clients to utilise HubSpot effectively to meet their business objectives.
- Conduct online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on HubSpot features and
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are fully utilising HubSpot's capabilities.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on leveraging
- Analyse client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot utilisation and

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure cohesive and

Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across Marketing, Sales,
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's features and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective training sessions
- Proficiency with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Background in digital marketing, sales operations, or customer service.
- HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.
