Global Wide Trade is Looking for:
Senior Shopify Developer
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a dynamic Shopify Plus store, ensuring its functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Install, integrate, and customize third-party apps to enhance store features and capabilities.
- Develop and implement new features on a custom Shopify theme, adhering to project scopes and deadlines.
- Debug, test, and optimize the website for improved user experience and performance.
- Install web pixels/analytics and utilize Shopify Scripts & Flows for efficient tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts and streamline processes.
- Develop middleware and automated testing using NodeJS to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide post-delivery support, addressing any changes or bugs promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Shopify development with expertise in liquid programming language.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and DOM.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify's Admin System, APIs, and custom theme development.
- Experience with third-party Shopify apps, API integrations, and debugging.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Must have worked on ecommerce sites with 10m + revenue in Australia, USA or Europe (western countries).
- Shopify qualified and excellent communication skills.
