Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through outbound calling
Handling inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns
Qualifying potential clients based on requirements and budget
Scheduling appointments & site visits with the sales team
Maintaining CRM records and follow-up schedules
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills
• Malayalam speaking candidates preferred
• Experience in telemarketing/customer engagement
