JOB TITLE: AEM Assets (DAM) Senior Developer

• 5+ years of experience in AEM development, with focus on AEM Assets.
• Strong Java and OSGi development skills.
• Experience with AEM APIs, Sling Models, and asset workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for UI customization.
• Understanding of performance tuning and caching strategies.
• Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer.
• Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments.
• Knowledge of integration with Adobe Creative Cloud or third-party DAM tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab) for automated builds and DevOps practices.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

The AEM Assets DAM Senior Developer will design and implement advanced features for AEM Assets, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work closely with architects and leads.

• Develop and customize AEM Assets components, workflows, and services.
• Implement metadata schemas, asset processing, and rendition generation.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead on architecture and design decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and unit testing.
