Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child's abilities and goals. Conduct individualized and group teaching sessions using appropriate teaching methods and learning materials. Support the development of communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills. Monitor and document students' progress and maintain accurate records and reports. Collaborate with parents, therapists, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic development of the child. Adapt curriculum, teaching strategies, and classroom activities to meet individual learning needs. Provide behavioral support and implement behavior management strategies when required. Prepare teaching aids, learning resources, and assessment tools suitable for different learning levels. Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Identify learning difficulties and recommend appropriate interventions and support services. Conduct awareness and training sessions for parents and caregivers on supporting children at home. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. Follow organizational policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and professional ethical standards. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authority in relation to the educational and developmental needs of students.
