Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to support and execute key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance. The role requires excellent coordination skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure completion of all joining formalities and documentation.
  • Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure HRMS is updated with accurate employee information.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee data management.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
  • Handle employee document requests and verification.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.
  • Coordinate wellness initiatives, learning sessions, and internal events.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies.
  • Assist in implementing new HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Track recruitment metrics, attrition, onboarding status, and employee data.
  • Generate HR dashboards and management reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations is mandatory.
  • Experience in the EdTech or startup ecosystem is an added advantage.
