Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of all joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HRMS is updated with accurate employee information.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
- Handle employee document requests and verification.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives, learning sessions, and internal events.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies.
- Assist in implementing new HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, onboarding status, and employee data.
- Generate HR dashboards and management reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations is mandatory.
- Experience in the EdTech or startup ecosystem is an added advantage.
