Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs where applicable.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
Proven success delivering software development, ERP, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience in enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools).
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in budgeting and cost control in IT projects.
