Key Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower studio
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
- Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
Job Description
- The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications
- Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
- Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
- Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
- Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
