Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Contact pre-generated leads, explain loan terms (interest rates, processing fees, tenure), and pitch personal loan products.
Needs Assessment: Understand the customer’s financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan options.
Document Collection: Assist customers with gathering required documents (income proof, KYC, bank statements) and ensure they are submitted accurately.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Database Management: Log all call interactions, follow-ups, and customer feedback accurately into the company's CRM software.
Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding loan processing status, repayment, and foreclosures.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior telesales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) sectors.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and/or regional languages.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan structures, interest calculations, and eligibility criteria.
Education: High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Patience, resilience to handle rejections, and the ability to persuade callers effectively.
