Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, New Relic, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD, along with experience leading DevOps initiatives and driving automation using AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized DevOps architecture across cloud environments, primarily on AWS.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and release management.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and security configurations.
- Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Amazon EKS.
- Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green Deployment and Disaster Recovery.
- Manage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and ing using New Relic and AWS CloudWatch.
- Drive AI-powered DevOps (AIOps) initiatives, including infrastructure automation, intelligent monitoring, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and manage secrets, access control, and identity management.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Development, and Operations teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and establish DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker and Amazon EKS (Kubernetes).
- Experience with New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Observability Engineering.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and deployment automation.
- Experience with Git workflows and version control.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, and security operations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AIOps, AI-driven automation, and AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT and Codex.
- Experience with Blue-Green deployment strategies and Disaster Recovery.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security compliance frameworks.
- AWS or Azure certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
