National Centre for Earth Science Studies invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Anusandhan National Research Foundation - ANRF Prime Minister's Early Career Research Grant Project.

Job Description

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology, Earth Science, Applied Geology, or equivalent disciplines with a minimum and a Valid CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE score.
• The JRF will work on the Prime Minister's Early Career Reserach Grant Project on "Tracing the emergence of early continental crust through integrated zircon U-Pb geochronology, Hf-Zr-Si isotopes, and whole-rock Nd isotope geochemistry"

Desired skills and experience

• Experience in geochemistry/geochronology and analytical instrumentation.
• Good scientific writing and communication skills.
