Customer Success Specialist

Company Description YSUITE is a cloud-based application designed to simplify and streamline business management for organizations of all sizes. By centralizing key functions, YSUITE helps businesses operate more efficiently and gain better visibility into their operations.

This role is remote and Max Budget is 10-15k INR /month. Apply only of you are ok with this budget.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

• Arrange product demos for potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales process.

Customer Onboarding and Implementation

• Onboard new customers to the YSUITE platform.
• Configure document templates.
• Support Meta Ads and WhatsApp integrations.
• Configure workflow rules and automations.
• Support basic accounting and Chart of Accounts setup.

Training and Product Content

• Conduct product demos and user training sessions.
• Create product demo recordings and how-to videos.
• Prepare simple user guides and training materials.
• Update training content when new features are released.

Customer Success and Support

• Help customers use the system effectively.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up when required.
• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Follow up until customer issues are resolved.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to explain software features clearly.
• Basic experience with screen recording and video-editing tools.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM, ERP, and business software.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or customer support is an advantage.

This is an entry level job for freshers / 1-2 years experience.
