Job Title: Business Analysis Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional programs.
• Plan and manage large-scale external initiatives, including flagship events, industry programs, hackathons, and partner engagement activities.
• Translate leadership objectives into structured program plans, milestones, governance models, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate and collaborate across internal teams, including Business, Delivery, HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Manage external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, institutions, and sponsors.
• Drive program governance through regular status reviews, leadership updates, and decision tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication, alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Track program outcomes, prepare executive-level reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing strategic programs or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong program management expertise with excellent execution discipline.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
• Experience managing external-facing programs, events, partnerships, or industry initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-visibility environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Background in IT Services, Consulting, or Enterprise environments is an advantage.
