Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Architect with strong expertise in Java technologies, architecture design, solutioning, and AI-driven solutions. The candidate should have 3–4 years of prior experience working in an Architect role and demonstrate strong technical leadership and solutioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Solutioning

• Design overall system architecture, including high-level structures, integration patterns, and deployment models.
• Create architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps aligned with scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Technology Evaluation & Selection

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
• Ensure solution compatibility, reusability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.

Requirement Translation & Solution Alignment

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Technical Governance & Standards

• Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.

Design Review & Quality Assurance

• Review solution designs, code, and implementations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with architecture.
• Provide technical oversight across all phases of the SDLC.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with developers, data engineers, QA teams, and project managers for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural direction to development teams.
• Demonstrate strong AI solutioning and technical leadership capabilities.

Risk Management & Optimization

• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Java technologies
• 3–4 years of prior experience in an Architect role
• Strong experience in Architecture Design & Solutioning
• Strong AI solutioning and technical leadership capability
• Experience with Axway
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
