Executive / Engineer- Production
JOB SUMMARY: - The Production Engineer / Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers during their assigned shift. The associate ensures that production targets are met safely, efficiently, OTIF and within quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members on the assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to optimize performance.
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Address and rectify any quality issues in a timely manner.
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Address and correct any safety hazards or violations.
- Communicate production goals, objectives, and expectations to the team in daily shift meetings. Report on production metrics, performance, and KPIs
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, PPC, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Encourage and support a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Timely implementation of OpEx Best Practices as defined in the Playbook
- B.Tech –Mechanical / Electrical / Polymer / Chemical.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Production in charge
- Experience in Manufacturing environment is a must have.
- Experienced in Blood bag Manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical within a USFDA manufacturing unit would be an added advantage.
