Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of residential and commercial projects, working under the guidance of senior architects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing conceptual and detailed architectural drawings, assisting in 3D visualizations, and contributing to design presentations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, visiting project sites, and helping ensure that designs align with client requirements, budget, and local regulations. The Junior Architect will also assist in documentation, basic project coordination, and communication with consultants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs and site conditions into practical design solutions.
Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts, especially in relation to design tools and collaborative workflows.
Ability to assist with Project Management tasks, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress under supervision.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for relevant professional registrations as per local regulations.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Kerala is an advantage.
Interest in Kerala-specific home design styles, sustainable design practices, and site-responsive architecture.
