Technical Lead / Team Lead – C# Microservices & Cloud Platform

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Team Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key program track for a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on large-scale industrial data processing, analytics, and ingestion.

You will work closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery, architecture, and overall solution quality.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the program track, including backlog, schedule, and delivery quality.
• Design and guide microservices architecture, API contracts, and data models for a scalable multi-tenant platform.
• Work on high-performance and low-latency distributed systems handling large-scale data processing.
• Work closely with client engineering teams as the primary technical point of contact for architecture and technical decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, SonarQube, DevSecOps, and security.
• Mentor and guide the development team and ensure high standards for scalability, maintainability, and technical excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+ development
• Strong experience in Microservices architecture – design and implementation
• Hands-on experience building distributed and scalable backend systems
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture – Kafka / MQTT / Pub-Sub
• Experience designing high-performance, low-latency systems
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and data modeling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong understanding of secure coding and vulnerability management (OWASP)

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AWS / Azure cloud platforms and a hyperscaler-agnostic mindset
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
• Experience with time-series databases and telemetry data systems
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platform design
• Familiarity with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices

Experience Required

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 4–6+ years of experience in Technical Lead / Team Lead roles
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, production-grade systems
