Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Do the job right the first time.
- Maintenance and Service of the vehicles.
- Analysis of complaints in vehicles and do necessary actions.
- Completion of job as per the Delivery time given in the Job card.
- Use all protective equipments to maintain the cleanliness of customers’ vehicles.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of technicians hand tools to meet the service and repair requirements(Tools &Tool Box)
- Ensure all customers requests on the job card are completed to high quality standard.
- Complete all demanded repair orders within the time allotted.
- Identify and advice the floor supervisor of any additional repair items found.
- Treat customer vehicles and belongings with care.
- Transcribe clear accurate account of all work complete on repair order.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
- Must adhere any other additional duties entrusted by WM/immediate supervisor/ Heads.
- The Bay should neat and clean. Black oil drainer, coolant must be drain on daily basis. Must take prior importance to not mix oil with coolant during changing.
- In case of emergency or insist by superiors you must do duties like MOS, pick up & drop, MMS, Home Visit, checkup camps, insurance etc.
- Must take extra care and responsible while handling special tools, SDT, Multimeter, manuals, reference books etc.
- Use fender cover, seat cover, hand glove, safety shoes and other necessary gadgets while working.
- Willing to work on Sundays / shift on rotation basis.
- Driving vehicles without proper driving license is strictly prohibited and aware of speed limits in the premises.
- It is mandatory to attend all training programs nominated by the company.
- You are not allowed to roam around during working time. Violation of any of these may lead disciplinary action.
- After the completion of work, the final inspection to be done to ensure that you have carried out all works properly.
- It’s mandatory to work overtime as and when instructed bySpervisor or Manager to complete the work, for which overtime payment will be given.
- Service trainings must be attended and the courses and certifications of MSIL to be completed.
