What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications

• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
• Work closely with DevOps teams to improve deployment and reliability

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET and .NET Core
• Solid experience with SQL Server
• Good understanding of JavaScript and front-end technologies
• Experience leading development projects or teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
