Requirements

Any Degree / Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM & Tele Marketing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and customer management
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills
Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and inquiries
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM
Support marketing and telemarketing activities
Communicate product and service information to customers
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams
Maintain call records and customer feedback
