Process Engineer EoL

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer EoL (m/f/d):

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Process, Production, or Industrial Engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in electrical testing of equipment and analyzing test results.
• Experience working with industrial robots.
• Experience in the automotive industry.

Your Profile as Process Engineer EoL(m/f/d):
• Create and update process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process parameter sheets.
• Monitor downtime and scrap, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve quality, ergonomics, cycle times, and equipment efficiency, including monitoring indicators such as OEE.
• Support production teams in solving problems and training operators and technicians.
• Participate in complaint analysis, prepare A3 reports, and support audit preparation.
• Introduce and validate new processes and technologies, and support the installation, acceptance testing, and ramp-up of new equipment.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams.
• Experience in electrical testing of equipment and analyzing test results.
• Experience working with industrial robots.
